The Parfondeval House

Maison de Parfondeval

Here is the ancestral home of Parfondeval. A house that saw the birth of Jean Trudelle, the ancestor of many descendants from the couple Jean Trudelle and Marguerite Thomas. This house has been renovated by Mr. and Mrs. Lévesque, its current owners. We must be grateful to them for preserving this part of our heritage.

Unfortunately, Mr. and Mrs. Lévesque passed away during the pandemic. The Lévesque children will not keep the house. So it is for sale. The sale is expected to take place in 2025. A small group of Trudel is currently looking to acquire it.

Good news

We learn on August 30, 2025, that a couple from the Trudel family has bought the house. It is Alain Trudel (administrator within the association) and his wife Sylvie who have acquired the house that saw the birth of our ancestor.

After 400 years, this house is once again the property of a  Trudel !

If you would like more information about the house or to find out if a visit is possible, please contact Mr. Alain Trudel at the following address: alain.trudel@dbmail.com

Look at the visit I made of the Parfondeval house in the summer of 2023.
